Daily Flower Delivery

All of our bouquets are created using fresh, seasonal flowers, and all orders are subject to availability. As flowers are a natural product, availability can be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, and other unexpected disruptions.

If a particular flower variety is unavailable, we may need to make substitutions to ensure the quality and freshness of your bouquet. In these cases, we will always aim to maintain the overall style, theme and colour palette of the original design, using flowers of equal or greater value.

We reserve the right to apply creative discretion in our arrangements. This allows us to craft designs that meet our high standards while ensuring the best possible result for each customer.

Refund Policy

All of our floral arrangements are made to order and customised for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

In exceptional circumstances, some discretion may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Wedding Packages

All of our wedding packages include Florist’s Choice of in-season flowers, in a colour scheme of your choice. Packages can be tailored to suit your needs, and additional charges may apply depending on your requirements.

Pricing includes ceremony set-up and delivery within a 10-mile radius of Casia Flowers, Main Street, Tramore. For weddings outside this area, additional delivery charges will apply.

To secure your date, a non-refundable Booking Fee of €100 is required. Please note, this is not a deposit and does not go toward your final balance. Full payment is required six weeks before your wedding date. Casia Flowers reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received on time.

As flower prices and availability vary throughout the year, styles and specific blooms may be subject to seasonal changes. A more accurate quotation will be provided during your free consultation, where we’ll chat through your style, ideas and preferences.

If you would like to include items not listed in your chosen package, these can be added at the consultation stage.
